What are the best times for safari?

  • June to October -  Dry season, best for wildlife viewing and the Great Migration in the Serengeti.
  • November to May - Lush green landscapes, baby animals, and fewer tourists, ideal for photographers.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions during our trips. Please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Do I need special vaccinations?

No 'special' except for the basic vaccinations (tetanus, measels) are needed to travel to Tanzania. You might want to consider malaria tablets especially when travelling to Zanzibar, but also that is not a must. 

What is the best time for trekking?

  • June to October & December to March - Best for dry conditions and clear views.
  • April to May & November - Lush and green but with occasional rain (ideal for Usambara Mountains).
